Of the four main Hostinger plans sold in India, Premium is the one most people should buy. It costs around ₹139 a month on a 48-month term (₹6,672 paid upfront, plus GST) and renews at ₹449 a month.
Premium hosts 3 websites with 20 GB of storage. It includes a free domain for the first year and 2 email addresses per website, which the ₹69-a-month Single plan does not.
Hostinger India lists every price without GST, and the low monthly rate needs you to pay for the whole term at once. Add a .com domain for years 2 to 4 and Premium costs ₹11,169 over 4 years, before GST.

Hostinger plans in India: prices and features compared
Web hosting is rented space on a server that keeps your website online. A domain is your site's address, such as sharmabakery.in. Hostinger sells both, and its India pricing page lists four hosting plans.
The table is sorted by price and uses the 48-month term, which has the lowest monthly rate. "Renews at" is what Hostinger charges after your first term ends.
| Plan | Price (48 months) | Renews at | GST | Websites | Storage | Free domain | Free email | Backups |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single | ~₹69/mo (₹3,312) | ₹289/mo | Extra, at checkout | 1 | 10 GB SSD | No | No | Weekly |
| Premium | ~₹139/mo (₹6,672) | ₹449/mo | Extra, at checkout | 3 | 20 GB SSD | Yes, 1 year | 2 per site, 1 year | Weekly |
| Unlimited | ~₹199/mo (₹9,552) | ₹649/mo | Extra, at checkout | Unlimited | 50 GB NVMe | Yes, 1 year | Unlimited per site, 1 year | Daily + on demand |
| Cloud Startup | ~₹599/mo (₹28,752) | ₹1,599/mo | Extra, at checkout | Unlimited | 100 GB NVMe | Yes, 1 year | Unlimited per site, 1 year | Daily + on demand |
Every plan includes free SSL (the padlock certificate that encrypts visits to your site), a free CDN, the hPanel control panel, 24/7 support and a 30-day money-back guarantee. NVMe is a faster type of SSD storage. "Unlimited" still has limits under Hostinger's fair usage policy.
WordPress tools differ by plan. SSH access starts at Premium. The staging tool, object cache, on-demand backups and WordPress multisite come only with Unlimited and Cloud Startup.
How much does Hostinger cost for 1, 12, 24 and 48 months?
The longer you pay for, the lower the monthly rate. Premium costs ₹679 a month on a monthly plan, ₹199 a month for 12 months, ₹169 for 24 months and ₹139 for 48 months. The 12, 24 and 48-month terms all renew at ₹449 a month, and the whole term is paid upfront.
| Plan | 1 month | 12 months | 24 months | 48 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single | ₹399/mo | ~₹159/mo (₹1,908) | ~₹119/mo (₹2,856) | ~₹69/mo (₹3,312) |
| Premium | ₹679/mo | ~₹199/mo (₹2,388) | ~₹169/mo (₹4,056) | ~₹139/mo (₹6,672) |
| Unlimited | ₹799/mo | ~₹299/mo (₹3,588) | ~₹249/mo (₹5,976) | ~₹199/mo (₹9,552) |
| Cloud Startup | ₹1,699/mo | ~₹799/mo (₹9,588) | ~₹699/mo (₹16,776) | ~₹599/mo (₹28,752) |
The amount in brackets is what you pay on day one, before GST. Hostinger's web hosting page says the monthly rate is simply the total plan price divided by the number of months.
The "up to 83% off" banner compares the sale price with the 1-month price, ₹679 a month for Premium. The discount covers only your first term. After that, each plan renews at the "Renews at" price on its card, ₹449 a month for Premium.
Monthly plans renew at the same monthly price and do not include a free domain. On 21 October 2026 the page showed a "Sale Season" banner, and 48-month plans came with double AI credits for Hostinger's AI website tools.
How much does Hostinger really cost over 1, 2 and 4 years?
Once you add a domain, Premium is cheaper than Single in the first year: ₹2,388 against ₹3,407. Single only works out cheaper over 4 years, and only if you are happy to buy the domain yourself. The table shows the full amount before GST for each period, and what every year after that costs.
| Plan | 1 year | 2 years | 4 years | Each year after |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single + .com bought separately | ₹3,407 (~₹284/mo) | ₹5,854 (~₹244/mo) | ₹9,308 (~₹194/mo) | ₹4,967 |
| Premium | ₹2,388 (~₹199/mo) | ₹5,555 (~₹231/mo) | ₹11,169 (~₹233/mo) | ₹6,887 |
| Unlimited | ₹3,588 (~₹299/mo) | ₹7,475 (~₹311/mo) | ₹14,049 (~₹293/mo) | ₹9,287 |
| Cloud Startup | ₹9,588 (~₹799/mo) | ₹18,275 (~₹761/mo) | ₹33,249 (~₹693/mo) | ₹20,687 |
How we worked it out:
- The 1, 2 and 4-year totals use the 12, 24 and 48-month plan prices, paid upfront.
- Each total includes a .com domain at Hostinger's renewal price of ₹1,499 a year. Premium, Unlimited and Cloud Startup get the first year free. Single pays for it every year.
- "Each year after" is 12 months at the "Renews at" price plus the domain. Hostinger does not say which renewal length gets that price, so check the renewal options in your dashboard before your term ends.
- All figures are before GST. If you keep an email address after its free year, add ₹468 a year per mailbox (₹39 a month on a 12-month term).
A short plan followed by a renewal costs far more than a longer plan bought once. Premium for 12 months and then a 12-month renewal adds up to ₹9,275 over 2 years, against ₹5,555 on the 24-month plan.
The jump at renewal is also large. On the 12-month plan, Premium's yearly bill goes from ₹2,388 in year 1 to ₹6,887 in year 2. Choosing a .in domain (₹899 a year to renew) in place of .com cuts ₹600 from every later year.
Does Hostinger give a free domain?
Yes, but not on every plan. Premium, Unlimited and Cloud Startup include one free domain for the first year when you pay for 12 months or more, while Single and monthly plans leave it out. You must claim it within 12 months of buying, and from year 2 it renews at the normal price.
Hostinger's free domain help page lists .com and .in among the extensions web and cloud plans can claim. The final list appears only after you buy, on the "Claim your free domain" page. Hostinger also adds free privacy protection for supported extensions, which keeps your contact details out of public domain records.
If you buy a domain on its own, these are the prices on Hostinger's domain search page, before GST:
- .com: ₹1 for the first year if you register it for 3 years, then ₹1,499 a year.
- .in: ₹1 for the first year with a 3-year registration, then ₹899 a year.
- .co.in: ₹499 for the first year, then ₹799 a year.
Which Hostinger plan is best for a blog, a business site or an online store?
For a blog, choose Premium. For a small business that needs several email addresses, daily backups or a test copy of the site, choose Unlimited. For an online store, start with Unlimited and move to Cloud Startup when traffic grows. Choose Single only if you already own a domain.
- Blog: choose Premium. It has room for 3 sites, and the free domain covers year 1. Our guide on how to start a blog walks through the setup. Any laptop from our best laptops under ₹40,000 list is enough to write and manage a blog.
- Small business site: choose Premium for one site with 2 email addresses, or Unlimited if your staff need more mailboxes, or you want daily backups and priority support.
- Online store: choose Unlimited. It adds daily and on-demand backups, a staging tool for testing changes before they go live, and object cache, which speeds up WordPress pages.
- Agency or many busy sites: choose Cloud Startup, with 4 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM and a dedicated IP address.
WooCommerce, the free WordPress shop plugin, works on every plan at no extra cost. Hostinger's own Ecommerce add-on costs ₹89 for 3 months, then ₹699 a month. Shops built with this add-on can take UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay if your business is in India.
An AI assistant can draft product descriptions and customer replies for a small shop. Our best AI chatbots for business guide compares the main options.
Hostinger web hosting, WordPress hosting or website builder: which should you buy?
It makes little difference, because in India these pages sell the same plans at the same prices. The web hosting and WordPress hosting pages both list Single, Premium, Unlimited and Cloud Startup. The website builder page starts at Premium, around ₹139 a month, with 400+ templates.
WordPress is a free CMS (content management system), the software you write and edit pages in. Pick it for a blog or a WooCommerce shop. WordPress.org's hosting page lists Hostinger as one of its three recommended hosts.
Pick the Hostinger website builder if you would rather build pages by dragging blocks into place. To compare it with Wix and others, see our best website builder guide.
Hostinger Single: ~₹69 a month, but no free domain
Around ₹69 a month for 48 months (₹3,312 plus GST), renewing at ₹289 a month. On a 12-month term it is ₹159 a month (₹1,908).
Single hosts 1 website with 10 GB SSD storage, weekly backups, free SSL and a CDN. It has no free domain and no free email address.
Hostinger lists 1 GB RAM, 1 CPU core and 1 FTP account for uploading files. Single has no WordPress staging tool and no SSH access, which developers use to control the server.
- Pick it if you already own a domain, need one small site, and will pay for 48 months.
- Skip it if you need a domain. A .com adds ₹1,499 a year, so Single costs ₹3,407 in year 1 against ₹2,388 for Premium.
Hostinger Premium: the plan most people should buy
Around ₹139 a month for 48 months (₹6,672 plus GST), renewing at ₹449 a month. On 12 months it is ₹199 a month (₹2,388), and on 24 months ₹169 a month (₹4,056).
Premium hosts 3 websites with 20 GB SSD storage. It includes a free domain for 1 year on 12-month or longer terms, 2 mailboxes per website free for the first year (1 GB each), weekly backups, free SSL and SSH access.
Hostinger lists 2 GB RAM and 40 PHP workers. PHP workers are the processes that build your pages, so more of them can serve more visitors at the same moment.
- Pick it if you are starting a blog, a portfolio or a small business site and want the domain included.
- Skip it if you run a shop. Backups are weekly, and there is no staging tool to test changes before they go live.
Hostinger Unlimited: for business sites and online stores
Around ₹199 a month for 48 months (₹9,552 plus GST), renewing at ₹649 a month. On 12 months it is ₹299 a month (₹3,588).
Unlimited allows unlimited websites under the fair usage policy, with 50 GB NVMe storage. It includes a free domain for 1 year on 12-month or longer terms, unlimited mailboxes per website free for the first year, daily backups kept for 7 days, and priority 24/7 support.
It also adds the WordPress staging tool, on-demand backups and object cache, with 3 GB RAM and 2 CPU cores. If you have read about a Hostinger "Business" plan, the India pricing page did not list one on 21 October 2026. Unlimited is the plan between Premium and Cloud Startup.
- Pick it if you sell online, give several staff their own email addresses, or manage more than 3 sites.
- Worth knowing: each mailbox renews at ₹39 a month after the free year, so 5 staff addresses add ₹2,340 a year.
Hostinger Cloud Startup: for busy stores and agencies
Around ₹599 a month for 48 months (₹28,752 plus GST), renewing at ₹1,599 a month. On 12 months it is ₹799 a month (₹9,588).
Cloud Startup gives unlimited websites, 100 GB NVMe storage, a free domain for 1 year on 12-month or longer terms, unlimited mailboxes free for a year, and daily plus on-demand backups. It keeps the staging tool and object cache from Unlimited.
It is the only plan here with a dedicated IP address, an internet address not shared with other customers. Hostinger lists 4 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM and 100 PHP workers.
Hostinger's cloud hosting page also lists two bigger plans on 48-month terms. Cloud Professional costs around ₹899 a month (renews at ₹3,299), and Cloud Enterprise around ₹1,899 a month (renews at ₹5,199).
- Pick it if your store or client sites get steady traffic and slow down on the cheaper plans, where many sites share one server.
- Skip it if you are just starting. Over 4 years it costs more than twice as much as Unlimited: ₹33,249 against ₹14,049.
What does Hostinger's 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
Hosting plans can be refunded if you cancel within 30 days of buying, according to Hostinger's refund policy. Domains are the big exception. A .in or .co.in registration is never refundable, a new .com only within 96 hours, and domain renewals not at all.
If your plan came with a free domain, Hostinger deducts the domain's standard price from the refund. Purchases paid in cryptocurrency cannot be refunded. The full rules are in Hostinger's refund policy.
Hostinger has no free hosting plan, so the 30-day refund window is the way to try it.
Does Hostinger have a data centre in India?
Yes. Hostinger's server locations page lists India, Indonesia and Malaysia as its Asian locations for web and cloud hosting. You pick the location when you set up the plan. If most of your visitors are in India, choose India so the server sits close to them.
Hostinger says availability can change and the dashboard list is final. A later move to another location may not be reversible.
Paying Hostinger from India: UPI, cards and GST
Hostinger India accepts UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard and other cards, plus PayPal in US dollars, according to its payment methods page. Every price on hostinger.com/in is shown without GST, so the total at checkout is higher than the figures above.
If you run a GST-registered business, add your GST code to your Hostinger account when you buy. Hostinger's tax help page says it does not alter invoices already issued, so adding the code later only fixes future invoices.
What to check before you buy
- Term. The ₹69 and ₹139 prices need a 48-month term paid upfront.
- Renewal price. The "Renews at" figure is your real long-term cost.
- Websites and storage. Single allows 1 site and 10 GB, Premium 3 sites and 20 GB, Unlimited and Cloud Startup unlimited sites with 50 GB or 100 GB.
- Domain. Single and monthly plans include none. Other plans bought for 12 months or more get it free for 1 year, then ₹1,499 a year for .com or ₹899 for .in.
- Email. Free mailboxes last 1 year, then cost ₹39 a month each.
- Backups. Weekly on Single and Premium, daily on Unlimited and Cloud Startup.
- GST. Prices exclude it, so check the cart total before you pay.
- Server location. Choose India during setup if most visitors are in India.
- Refund. 30 days for hosting, but domains are mostly non-refundable.
Once you have a plan, our step-by-step guide on how to create a website takes you from domain to first page.
Which Hostinger plan should you choose?
For most people, buy Premium at around ₹139 a month on a 48-month term (₹6,672 plus GST, renews at ₹449 a month). It covers 3 websites with 20 GB storage, a free domain for the first year and 2 email addresses per site.
Choose Unlimited (around ₹199 a month, renews at ₹649) for an online store or a business that needs daily backups and more mailboxes. Choose Single (around ₹69 a month, renews at ₹289, 1 website, 10 GB) only if you already own a domain, because it comes without one.
Whatever you pick, pay for at least 24 months if you can, because the renewal price starts the moment your first term ends. Compare the current offer on Hostinger's web hosting page.
